Promoting a Learning Culture

There can be no doubt that learning culture have to be cultivated and that it is the institution’s leader(s) who are the gardeners.  My hope is that this workshop will be (has been) a practice in learning culture, that the content for this document comes from the temporary community that is (was) this workshop.
